Below you will find more detailed information concerning the Money Coach 2007 software.

Child Functions
These functions can be performed by the child - assuming the parent has enabled the options within the Account Properties window for each child.

The child can make deposits - which will automatically be split up between the accounts assigned to the child. NOTE: An option can be set preventing a child from making a deposit unless the admin / parent PIN # has been entered.
When the child chooses to make a withdrawal - they can easily specify the account that the money is to come from, and then any notes if desired.
A child can easily view what their account balances are, and they can also view a history of all their deposits and withdrawals with just a few clicks of the mouse.
Each child has the option to create a PIN # to be used when signing into the software. NOTE: The option requiring the child to use a PIN # when signing onto the software must be enabled from with the Account Properties window.

Admin / Parent Functions

The parent has the ability to create up to 5 child accounts for the Money Coach 2007 software. This allows you to track each child's balances individually.
The admin / parent has the ability to transfer funds between a child's accounts, and to manually adjust a balance as needed.
There are basic options which can be set within the Preferences window which will affect the way the software performs. From within the Preferences window you also have the ability to set up new accounts - such as Giving, Spending, and Saving.
There are several save guards available to the parent - including the option of preventing a child from making unauthorized deposits into their account unless the admin password has been successfully entered.
There are several other miscellaneous functions available to the parent when they are signed on under the admin / parent PIN #. Most admin functions are not available when the software was signed into by a child.

Miscellaneous Information

If the software is installed on a pc that has internet access you can easily check for updates to the software with just a few clicks of the mouse.
A child's account balances and history can easily be printed out.
