The main window of the software is where you can easily get to every function of the software.  You also have the ability of setting up shortcuts utilizing the QuickJump bar - for the areas of the software that you use the most.  Along the bottom of this window you can easily see what printer you software is currently using, whether you are using a local or networked version of the software, and the current version of the software.
